During my stay, I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The location was convenient, being close to shopping and restaurants, and I appreciated that the staff was friendly. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired with their dull colors and smoke smell. While the service had its ups and downs, the dining experience was surprisingly good, especially the breakfast. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not ideal.

The rooms were a letdown with their dull and fading colors, and I was not thrilled to wake up to a smoke smell in my room. It could use a lot more attention.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit inconsistent; while the staff was friendly, I found the laundry and room service to have some issues that need fixing.
Location

The location was quite convenient, near the Kadsuankaew department store, which offered plenty of shopping and dining options. I felt it was accessible to the center too.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the lobby; it was very good, and I especially loved the home-baked bread. Room service was nice as well.
Facilities

The facilities were decent but could use some improvements. The area felt spacious and relaxing, but it's not what I'd call luxurious.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is convenient for exploring the local area, but the rooms need improvement. While the staff was friendly, the service overall could use some work, especially with the laundry. Dining options were not great, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you want a budget-friendly stay, this might work, but don't expect luxury.
Rooms

The room was nice and had the features shown on the website, but it left much to be desired, especially with an uncomfortable toilet and a big hole next to the bed.
Service
6.0
The staff was lovely and friendly, but some services, like laundry, still had issues that need resolving.
Location
7.0
The location was good for walking to local attractions, but it doesn’t get much sun until late afternoon. There are some nice spots to relax with sun.
Dining

Breakfast options were quite poor, featuring just a cold fried egg and some suspicious sausages. The overall dining experience didn't impress me.
Facilities

Facilities were basic and didn't really stand out or add to the overall experience.

I had a pleasant stay overall, with spacious and clean rooms despite their dull colors. The service staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. However, the location was a bit far from the central area, and I found dining options limited. The hotel did provide good value for money, but some amenities could use improvement.

The hotel has a great location near the historical center, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the daily maid service, but there were some issues with leaking water and the overall condition of the room. The service could certainly be improved, as not all staff were helpful. Overall, it’s a decent place, but it could use some updates to really shine.
Rooms

The room we stayed in had a leaking ceiling, which was definitely concerning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable, and the daily sheet replacements kept the room smelling fresh. However, it really needs a facelift.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss. While some staff were friendly, there were a few who seemed indifferent and unhelpful, especially when I just wanted a cup of coffee.
Location
7.0
The location is quite good, right across from the moat surrounding the old town, with shopping and restaurants nearby. However, being next to a hospital might not be ideal for everyone.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was not great; I found the food to be pretty disappointing and lacking variety.
Facilities

Facilities could use some improvement, especially with the pool being closed during my stay. It might be better if they were more open about what amenities are available.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, but the rooms we got were a bit narrow and not exactly what we booked. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and the maid service kept the room smelling fresh daily, but the smoke from the nearby areas was quite bothersome at times. Overall, it's a decent place if you're looking for value, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
